Victor Fossum, 71, a fifty-year resident of Alaska, died July 8 at the Pioneers Home in Sitka. A retired janitor, he had moved to Sitka in 1961. Surviving are a son, Harold, and daughter, Mrs. Lois Melvin, both of Auke Bay. [Aug1968]
