Sister Romuald, a pioneer nursing nun, who first served at Holy Cross Hospital in Nome more than nifty year ago, died June 25 at St. Joseph's Residence in Seattle. A former administrator of St. Joseph Hospital in Fairbanks, Sister Romuald also served at Providence Hospital in Anchorage. A member of the Sisters of Charity of Providence, she is survived by a sister and niece. [Aug1968]
