Rudy Martin Simpson, 30, died December 26 as a result of a scuba diving accident. He was born In Cordova and had lived for 15 years In Ketchikan, where he worked as a powder man with a construction company. He served as an underwater demolition team member in the Navy during the conflict in Vietnam.� [May1981]
