Roy R. Kelly, 62, a twenty-two-year Anchorage resident, died June 28 at Providence Hospital. A painting contractor and cab company worker, he is survived by his widow, Adele, two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth Clegg of Benton City, Wash., Mrs. Donald Mock of Formosa, and three sons, Michael of Altadena, Calif., Patrick of Midland, Tex,, and Charles of Anchorage.
