Phil E. Harding, a former resident of Anchorage and Seward and one time mayor of the latter city, died on February 6 in Sepulvada, California. He was 73. During the early 1940s Mr. Harding served as a deputy U. S. Marshal in the old Third Division. He was also a special agent for the Alaska Railroad.� [Jun1965]
