John M. Cox, 51, a twenty-two-year resident of Anchorage, died July 4 at Providence Hospital. A veteran of World War II, Cox operated his own contracting business. He is survived by his widow, Edna, two sons, John M. Cox, Jr. and William Edward, a brother and sister. [Aug1968]
