Harold Gall, � 71, who worked for many years in Alaska with MacDonald Construction Company, died November 22 at Hollister, California, where he had retired. � His construction projects included the first Providence Hospital in Anchorage and some of the 500-man barracks' on Elmendorf Air Force Base. � His wife, Charlotte, survives,� [Apr1981]
