Arthur J. Winegarter, 72, died in Anchorage's Providence Hospital on June 17, A culinary worker, he has resided in Alaska since 1936. He opened the Kenai Bake Shop in 1952. Surviving are a sister, brother and niece, all of Buffalo, N.Y. [Aug1968]�
